We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for items shipped back within 14 days from receipt. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping on returns. Only pieces that are unworn and in the same condition in which they were received are eligible for exchange/credit. Please notify us at email@example.com if you wish to send your item back. Some exclusions apply, please refer to Final Sale for exclusions.
Discounted, resized, altered and customized pieces will be considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Ruta is happy to extend free repairs and resizing within 60 days of purchase. Resizing that occurs after the 60 day period will incur a $20 fee. The fee for repairs after 60 days will be determined on a case by case basis. Please reachout to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the cost of your repair.
Since all pieces are handmade to order in NYC/TLV, please allow for approximately 14 days for production time. The customer will be notified upon shipment. Free domestic ground shipping is eligible for all orders over $1000. Shipping options are as follows.
Fedex Ground (4-14 days)
Fedex 2 Day (2-3 days)
DHL (for international orders, lead time will vary)

As every piece is handmade to order, we can offer gem color options and alterations to most existing designs.
